General Information

The two cottages and two chalets are set in the grounds of Glaslyn Estate. Access is from the main entrance through a gap in the roadside trees, down a short drive alongside the main house which brings you to the cottages and chalets, beyond which are meadows and woodland. The picture shows the cottages looking back from the meadow towards the main house.

From the accommodation there are easy walks along the river bank, ideal for an evening stroll, or you can take a more strenuous walk on the hills.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in the two cottages which have enclosed gardens. Dogs can be walked along the old railway track only.

All the properties have easy access to the river banks through a 5 bar gate across a short meadow. At numerous points along the river bank, strategically placed benches provide suitable points to take in the views or simply to sit and contemplate.

Booking and Deposit

Bookings are from 3.00pm on Saturdays to 10.00am the following Saturday.

You can download the booking form and check the availability in the links on this page. It is advisable to telephone to provisionally book your holiday before completing a booking form.

All reservations are made using the booking form and accompanied by a deposit of £100 per week per cottage. Please pay the balance by the date specified on the account which will be sent with the confirmation of booking. If you decide to cancel the booking, we will try to re-let the cottage or chalet and if successful we will return your deposit, less an administration fee.
