The Trout Chalet

From the front, Trout is the left of the pair of chalets. The whole of the Trout Chalet is well maintained having been refurbished in 2009 and furnished to sleep up to two people. The accommodation is all on one level, so is suitable for semi-invalids and young children. The chalet contains electric heaters throughout.

The living room is a south facing, bright and spacious open plan area with patio doors looking out over an open lawn which leads down to a meadow and the river. It has sofas and a colour television and dining area. A spacious kitchen contains a range of kitchen units, fridge, electric cooker and microwave etc. The kitchen is well equipped with china, cutlery and glasses. From the kitchen area is a an external door leading to the covered patio area at the rear of the property, which is secluded and with garden furniture.

The bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room containing a shower cubicle, pedestal basin and WC.

Duvets with covers and pillows are provided. Tenants are required to provide their own pillowcases, top and bottom sheets and towels.

To the front is a bench and garden table to make the most of the south facing aspect.
