The Riverside Cottage

Brick built, with a tiled roof and adjoining the Gardener's Cottage, Riverside Cottage provides two levels of accommodation with electric heaters throughout. The whole cottage is well maintained and furnished to sleep up to five people.

The property is accessed from the front. A gate to a covered porch gives access to a door into the kitchen. The ground floor provides a well-furnished lounge/diner with sofas, colour TV, dining table and chairs etc, together with a well fitted galley kitchen containing a range of kitchen units, cooker, fridge, microwave oven etc. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. There is a hallway at the back opening onto the garden.

The first floor comprises a landing and two bedrooms - a double and a twin. There is also a single bed on the spacious landing. The double bedroom overlooks the garden and the river and has an en-suite WC.

Duvets with covers and pillows are provided. Tenants are required to provide their own pillowcases, top and bottom sheets and towels.

To the rear is a large, mature, enclosed garden with garden furniture, running down to a fence and the river.
