The Gardener's Cottage

Modified and updated for the 2008 season, Gardener's Cottage is built of brick with a tiled roof. With its own enclosed garden to the front, this charming cottage it is full of character and provides two levels of accommodation with electric heaters throughout. The whole cottage is well maintained and furnished to sleep up to five people.

From the garden, the accommodation is accessed via an enclosed porch. On the ground floor is a hall off which are the lounge/diner and kitchen.

The lounge/diner is light and airy with windows to front and rear. The lounge area is well furnished with sofas, colour TV, a video/DVD player and a wood-burning stove (logs provided). The dining area seats six. A spacious kitchen is fitted with fridge, electric cooker and microwave oven etc. The kitchen is also equipped with china, glass and cutlery.

On the first floor is a landing, off which are three bedrooms and a shower room. The bedrooms are a double, twin and single. All have views to the river.

Duvets with covers and pillows are provided. Tenants are required to provide their own pillowcases, top and bottom sheets and towels.
